We ship constantly. This page captures the changes that matter for chairs and chapters, not every internal refactor. For the engineering-level history, the source is in the app repo.

    Privacy and Terms pages

    • Published a public Privacy policy covering what we collect, member privacy, and how data is handled
    • Published Terms of use that name the operator and spell out how the free service works
    • Both are reachable from the footer on every page

  2. May 2026

    Chapter Calendar with cross-chair conflict detection

    • A board-internal calendar that color-codes events by owning chair (Learning, Engagement, Peer Group, Membership, Social, Finance, Board)
    • Same-week conflict warnings when two chairs schedule events in the same week
    • Each chair still owns and edits their own events. Everyone else sees them.
    • The Learning Chair's public-facing speaker calendar stays separate and unchanged

  3. May 2026

    Partner renewal pipeline and sponsorship amounts

    • Active partner Kanban with Renewing, Uncertain, and Not renewing intent
    • Prospect pipeline with explicit stages (Lead, Contacted, Meeting, Negotiating, Signed)
    • Sponsorship amounts (current and renewal) gated to leadership only
    • Member interest signals from a chapter-wide checklist surface who would engage with which partner

  4. May 2026

    Send Speaker Payment Package to ED

    • One-click email of the speaker contract and W-9 to the chapter's Executive Director
    • Key payment terms (deposit amount, due date, final payment) summarized in the email body
    • Audit trail. The speaker card shows last sent date and recipient.

  5. April 2026

    Cross-chapter Speaker Library

    • Speakers can be marked globally shared so other chapters discover them
    • Each chapter can fork a shared speaker into its own pipeline without exposing private data
    • Reviews and revisions visible across the network. Fee amounts stay private.

    Member portal

    • Private space for members: private notes, a life timeline, peer-group tools
    • Members can give event feedback through structured surveys
    • Aggregated survey results visible to chairs without exposing individual responses
