How we're doing right now.
We publish live uptime, incident history, and scheduled maintenance windows on a dedicated status page. Subscribe for incident notifications. You'll only hear from us when something's actually wrong.
What we monitor
- app.ourchapteros.com, the main application
- auth.ourchapteros.com, sign-in and magic-link delivery
- API endpoints, background functions (contract parse, payment package send, magic link generation)
- Database connectivity, the underlying database and storage
- Email delivery, magic links and payment-package attachments
Reporting an issue
If something's broken and the status page says all systems are operational, it might be specific to your account. Email jdixon@aidantaylor.com with what you tried and what happened. We'll triage and either fix it or post an incident on the status page if it's a wider outage.
